The last push, the home stretch and the light at the end of the tunnel are upon us leading to the November 2 election. This election will likely be the most IMPORTANT election in the lifetime of most of us. Believe it or not, in this election we all have an opportunity to really make a DIFFERENCE for a change.
All of the following candidates have agreed to support enforcement of our current immigration laws, thereby stemming the tide of illegal aliens arriving in our state. They've also agreed to retain Governor Carcieri's 2008 Executive Order implementing the federal E-Verify program that requires the state and employers and contractors doing business with the state use the program to guarantee all of their employees are U.S. citizens or legal immigrants. In addition, the Executive Order implements the federal 287(g) program allowing the State Police to more fully to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This Executive Order acts as a deterrent to additional illegal aliens perceiving Rhode Island as a destination state. All of these candidates understand the detrimental economic impact illegal aliens are having on our state's economy.

Rhode Islanders for Immigration Law Enforcement ( RIILE ) is proud to announce it's endorsement of John Robitaille for Governor of the State of Rhode Island in the upcoming elections on November 2.
RIILE agrees with John's commitment to retain Governor Carcieri's Executive Order of 2008 implementing the federal E-Verify program which assures all state employees and employees of contractors doing business with our state are only those legally permitted to work in our state, the State Police participation in the federal 287g program which allows our State Police to more fully cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) and the enforcement of current Immigration Laws in general.
RIILE also feels that John's experience and background enable him to see the BIG PICTURE needs of our state. His belief that Rhode Island has a spending problem rather than a revenue problem is also consistent with the beliefs of RIILE.
